Kyuuemon's Kozuchi / Han Megumi Interview released

Man, I really liked this interview. Han Megumi is cute in an Ellen Paige sort of way. Plus she seems really enthusiastic about playing the role.
Obligatory, gotta point out that Megumi thinks that Kyuuemon is a guy (although she admits it might be revealed otherwise). I think that settles that argument.
I also took a snapshot of the first frame and tried to edit the text out of it because I thought it looked cool, but wasn't able to do it.

Do we know if her voice is processed at all for the show? I can believe she's the VA, but we also never hear her speak in Kyuuemon's deep voice.

It doesn't sound processed to me. I'm sure she takes a very deep breath in between each line though.

Her voice acting in for Kyuuemon is great. She makes him come alive as such an oily and nasty, but charismatic little creep. He's one of my favorite sentai villains so far and is a big factor in keeping my interest.

Megumi Han is one of those good seiyuus out there, her flexible range of tones prove it, just to note, her voice credits include Hunter x Hunter's (2011) Gon Freeccs, Zankyou No Terror's Five, Little Witch Academia's Akko Kagari, and most recently, Ore No Monogatari's Rinko Yamato. which ranges from cutesy and naive to deep, sultry voice performances, hence, like Kyuuemon's.
