The Senate was mentioned by Aguri when he was scared that he couldn't fight the Madou Horrors that one time.

She would come back in the finale and get back at her son.

That said, how did a little kid manage to figure out how to use those tools? I'd wager that they would be in makai language or whatever? Still, he makes for one psychotic villain, even though it is up to debate on how he managed to find the progressing ritual.

Probably because we never see the suits in action for enough time to justify a time a limit haha.

Tho dat20091's theory makes perfect sense. I like it.

Episode 20 mentioned that Hakana was 'destined' to repair the Garo armor. It seems like without its rightful owner, the Garo armor was given to Hakana (or her family) to guard it and to restore it. That got me to think, is there a specialised occupation such as Makai Blacksmith in Garo verse? They need someone to build the armors right? Who will maintain them? Who will restore the weapons and armors when they were broken? Are all those things done by just Makai Priest?

Well it was said that originally Makai Knights were made by Makai Priests in Makai Senki
And that Makai Priests fought horrors before Makai Knights existed.
Most likely there's Makai Prists making Makai Knight armors somewhere, using the other sealed body parts of zedum or w/e to make soul metal.

Been rewatching Garo S1, and Zaruba mentions that the limit is for Golden Knights. Also Zaruba didn't take any of Kouga's life, he just said that bad things will start attacking him now.
And for having Gouten, a Knight must defeat a hundred horrors plus a challenge in his own underworld.
Violence is the best answer.

I had been missing out on YwTM the last few weeks due to overwhelming work commitments and studies so I had to marathon the last 5 eps or so last night and I have to say, these last few eps have been really great & intense!

I already had vague suspicions before I watched this ep that the singing girl in red could be Ryuga's mum because of those subtle 'hints', but I was still a little surprised when it turned out to be true. But nevertheless, the mother-son reunion was very touching, this ep had little to no action scenes but was still great in terms of so much story development it contained.

It seems alot of you were annoyed that Ryuga got his eyesight back so soon, although I really would've liked to see Ryuga fight blinded a bit longer but I think the way his eyesight was restored was nice, it was touching to see his mum restoring his eyesight by sacrificing her own...at least it came with a price.

I think it's more because they didn't leave enough time to spend 3 or 4 episodes showing a gradual descent into darkness. Alternatively, being one, if not the first madou horror plant, maybe its effects were much stronger than with previous ones, thus even a veteran (well he looked old, so probably?) Makai Knight didn't have a chance to resist
