I just saw it in japanese briefly because I want to avoid spoilers as much as possible.

Thanks for translating this, lately they've been doing those SP before the actual show, like they did with Black Blood or Makai no hana, but they are not normally subbed.

It talks about the basic plot and introduces the characters in the show. It doesn't reveal much really.

I'm pretty sure that the bleach process they use in Gold Storm seems similar to Yami. I really do like the effect it produces and making even unique in the Garo universe.

It's been a while since I posted.

So it's finally coming. I was really looking forward since this new series since they annonced it since it's in the Yami continuity and Yami was my favorite Garo series ever. Too bad there is no Aguri, Takeru or Rui since I really liked the dynamic between them.

I was expecting Decade to be a Makai Knight but look like he will be something else.

Funny how the director and D Ringo said "I don't hate large boobs". They were like "we already have the image of perverted old men, so let's go with it".

There is just one question in my mind : will Rian and Ryouga be a couple (they were falling in love with each other toward the end (eps 11 for Rian and 24 for Ryouga)), are they in the state where they didn't go that far in they relationship while still being in love with each other or did they just drop the idea? Oh, did I mention that they were my favorite couple in Yami?
I liked the Takeru-Rui too but I don't think they'll do something about it soon (well, seeing how Rui got her memory erased 3 times and she noticed Takery 3 times, maybe there will still be hope).

There is only to see how the series will go. I can't wait.

Nice to see that this new series is finally underway; I've been looking forward to more of Ryuga's story.

Amazing to think that Garo as a whole has been going for ten years now, something I didn't realise until they mentioned it here. What I initially figured would be a simple one-off show has really flourished into an ongoing franchise. I hope to still be celebrating its longevity in another ten years as well.

Oh yeah... Garo's trying to do a Kamen Rider Girls! Totally needs more Kaoru in there but best of luck to them.

Oh, that's just him saying "I like them" but without being gross and blunt about it. Japanese is all about subtlety after all!

Man it's been awhile since I've posted.

I'm really really torn here. On one hand, I wanna watch this show. But on the other, I wanna wait till you guys sub the movie first.

I think that actress doesn't really sing. IIRC she had a token presence in the Garo Project version of the original series end song. (The guy who played Kiba did both end credits versions until near the end of the series the rest of the cast did cover versions with primarily the Garo actor singing.) I will say I think Rekka had really good moves in the video but she towers over some of the other girls!

Rekka towers everyone in that MV. I don't get tired of looking at her though. Isn't she in her own music group? Lol at that interview segment with Amemiya talking about breasts.

Last I check Mary was in her own unit. Not like being in a Garo unit would take time though.
