Hmmm. Is it just me or is there not much insert songs this season? Seems like it's much lesser than previous seasons. The only main song it has till now is the theme song.

They didn't really use the insert themes very much in Drive, but they did have them.

I wonder if the singles aren't as profitable any more and they decided to can them?

Maybe Ghost is just the low budget year.

But even then they've still had plenty of insert songs.

Unless they are really saving and planning on having the next season be really really good.

My guess is they're not getting as much revenue from the songs as they'd like so it's simpler just to let them die out. Hell, it's been happening a lot for sentai too, there aren't nearly as many insert songs anymore.

I'm guessing the Girls are also done?? They better be.

The Girls were only ever a cheap cash-in. They had a couple good songs (I absolutely love Last Engage) but for the most part they're clearly there to try and get in on the idol craze.

I didn't mind the girls so much. I just liked that there was a random throughline that connected different series. Their cameos were fun.

Maybe the Ghost crew aren't really singers and just decide to opt out from doing insert songs. Usually they have the actors do the insert songs.
