But with only 1 wk until Chou Super Hero Taisen's red carpet event,
Spoiler
I suggest that if the next episode does not have an OP please add the EXCITE lyrics to the end of the show.
Just my 2 cents
I think it has appeared enough times already. Also, since the song plays when there's dialogue going on, it will just be clutter.I suggest that if the next episode does not have an OP please add the EXCITE lyrics to the end of the show.
What I meant was that there are several scenes in the OP that are homages to previous Rider OPs. If there was someone who worked on one of them that didn't like that their idea was being used without credit/permission then it could lead to legal problems.takenoko wrote:What? I don't think I understand that last line at all.
Always.Catastrophe wrote: Is this also Decades fault?
The OP itself is just about 1:15 long, but after factoring in the new title sequence, you essentially save a flat minute by excising it. We haven't had a regular OP since episode 14, so assuming a 50 episode run, the show gets an extra 36 minutes. Which works out to just under an extra episode and a half of footage.VerusMaya II wrote:Does anyone wanna do the math and sort out how many minutes total they're gaining over all these episodes, and if it ends up being worth a whole extra episode or two in gained time?
Ditto. I don't really see the need for lyrics right now when they're in earlier episodes and the Wiki. Lyrics are great when there's no dialog, but that's not the case for Ex-Aid.xiiliea wrote:I think it has appeared enough times already. The main one I noticed was Emu walking past a black-and-white background, similar to Faiz's OP, though other people have noticed Emu's head disappearing into pixels being similar to part of Decade's opening and the cast quickly holding their Gashats mirroring Ryuki's OP (pun not intended).takenoko wrote:Huh. It's been a while, but what parts of the opening are references to previous Rider series? I don't think I picked up on that at all.
