if he can reprogram all people dna it means that he pehaps would be able neutralize the damage of kamen rider chronicle.
it would go to Blade again thou if he use that power too often then the bugster inside him will take away his humanity

In previous episode, Why does Dan Kuroto infected himself with a Bugster Virus despite that he had compatible surgery?

A really good episode. I really do wonder where they will go after this. The Ride Armous upgrade for Ex-Aid looks fitting, though I wonder if he will remember the ability to reprogram when facing any bugsters in the future, or will he loose the gashat somehow so he can't use it for a while?
