I do hope that they will keep the hype up after this cool trailer. Though I wonder looking at it and what they're saying about it being bigger, does it mean that their budget is also gonna be bigger?

Rob Ninninger and Jyuohger to pay for KyuuRanger?

I'm really not feeling this series so far - especially the 9 member core. But the trailers haven't been a great indicator of what to expect with a Sentai, so I eagerly await the full series.

I love how unique each of the suits are, and that sample of the OP has got me pumped. May have to tune in to this one.

I haven't really been interested in Super Sentai from either side of the Pacific Ocean for a few years, but I'm actually curious to check this out.

Looks fairly good. I was excited to see this when I saw there was a low res copy floating around. Thanks for subbing. Can't wait to see episode 1.

Same here, unless takenoko was joking. In Ninninger's case, it's problem was more character related, something the 2017 Power Rangers movie's budget wouldn't have been able to fix.

Im mixed on this, while im hyped for the new show, something i have not been since prior to Nin, the 9 person (minimum) team worries me given the lackluster character development the last few seasons, while we saw way more development with Jyou, it was primarily the bad guys that got the focus of the good nuanced development, it felt natural where most the good team was kinda forced in most place...and not get me started on Nin.. hopefully kyuuranger can fix that issue, but it seems unlikely to me. other than that i dig the suits and the Mech....(aside from the giant orbs, blues suit, and yellows visor...i swear hes gonna put someones eye out with that thing)

Looking good. Don't think I've ever been hyped as much for a Sentai series before. Hopefully it lives up to expectations!

The next question is. I guess with 9, they don't have to get a 10th ranger, but could get an extra hero?

Hmm something about this trailer bugs me. Crushing the old tradition at 2017. Ofcourse they point out the 9 instead of 5 team but i don't think that is all. To begin with why 9? There is 88 constellation in milkyway as the trailer indicate 12 being zodiacs and we already know some zodiac are mixed in the main cast but dividing that 88 constellation between 9 wont do unless the added fighters will be 2 to make it an 11 man team dividing it 8 for each for some reason though it does not feel right. What if they are going to pull a power rangers move here? namely next couple of series will be just linked with this one and they will be about different teams in the galaxy? This is 41st team so what teams up to 45 will be like this? Dividing 88 to 4 season is 22 constellation per season a stretch but doable with a team as big as 9. I am also concerned why they didn't go with zodiac route so it might be because they divide zodiacs to each season. there is 4 zodiacs in this team 5 if you also count snake bearer.

It's probably to do a bunch of 9 (kyuu) puns. Like notice how they say savior (kyuuseishu) a bunch?

12 would be way too unwieldly, plus it's been done. GranSazers. And that was awful with 12, the last tribe barely got any screen time. Three teams of three would be alright.
