I really thought German sided with Mendoza. That's the reason why German crossed blades with Leon in the previous episode. What a reckless man to see Anima like that.

Mendoza is working on reviving Anima by using some kind of blocks as "humans" or "sacrifices". What is this? Mendoza's playing tetris? lol

It's the lunar eclipse. This means Anima will be revived?

Octavia, in her demonic beast armored form, will fight against Leon and others... to protect Mendoza and Anima's revival.

Also, will Leon face Mendoza alone?

I hope so... but from the beginning until now... Leon didn't.

I think Leon may not have noticed about summoning Gouten.

About the Gouten thing, the knights must pass a test to have Gouten, so its not something you earn automatically. On the other hand, in Makai no hana we saw that it is not necesarry and it depends on the will of the previous knights who carried the armor. And we don't even know if that ritual test is something that they started years or centuries later, so the possibility is still there.

If he cut down his shadow, why didn't he summon Gouten. That plot really confuses me.

One knife? I wonder why did the animators always draw German's "short" Makai blade as a knife.

Maybe he doesn't know about how to summon Gouten. He is considered as a newbie. Then again we don't even know if he killed 100 horrors yet.
