I guess that's the reason why Raikou inherits the Garo title (not Yorinobu, who trains the swordfight)

Great episode, Raikou is way too good considering what they did to him.

I think the best part of this is that he has known the whole time and it doesn't bother him at all. Makes a change from these type of plots that cause the hero to angst.
