While I know this is a reference to the wrong series, I think it would be cool if Yua was the Gauche of the series and obtained the ability to regenerate the Magear make them thirty feet tall.

Also, on the "Is Izu a human faking being a humagear front", why does she blow on Aruto to try to cool him off? You would think a humagear that sophisticated would know better, unless it was a sight gag.

funny you mention that, because in a few other places where I follow Kamen Rider discussions, people were pointing out weeks ago that MetsubouJinrai's kanji contain Horobi and Jin's names, but also the kanji for Death and Lightning.... which are the two elements of the A.I.M.S. logo.

Well damn. That surely isn't a coincidence.

Umm...actually it's not a Progrise Key but AIMS Rise Phone

Those kanji for Death and Lightning can also be read as Bo and Kaminari. There is a rumor about Metsubojinrai.net having two more allies. This give me a mysterious vibe.

Yeah that, I'm tired and said the wrong thing. I kinda hope that becomes her like... iconic line, it makes her seem really cold and creepy, I like.

I just thought of a simple explanation of why Izu hasn't been made into a mook so far: only sentient humageers can become MOTW's and only non-sentient humageers can become mooks, so Izu is sentient, which would make sense since she was groomed to be Aruto's assistant.

I don't think she is yet, but I'm sure she will be.

It's hard to tell if Poppy is better than Izu since the series has just started but I liked them both. Though I love Izu at this point. When Zero-One was like burnt she was blowing air at him, I thought that was really cute.

As for the story, they were obviously going with that famous basketball player with Kobe as his first name. Seemed to me like a typical basketball storyline but there's always something about sports that can just bring some form of emotion out of people and I like it so far.

Yua seems to be a part of some shady group..probably some conspiracy to take Zero-One down in the future. I thought Assassin-chan was funny af. I like the new bear form.

Weirdly, this was kind of a breath of fresh air compared to the last couple of episodes (which is saying something, since I didn't think they were particularly bad themselves). There isn't a joke about Aruto's catchphrase, nor is there a point I remember at which Aruto needs to be reminded why he's at a particular place. Zero-One has been a pretty great series so far, but it'd been developing a bit of a formula that'd been keeping it back for me, so it's good to have an episode that breaks out of that so soon (although admittedly, I think having a recreated version of each Humagear is still getting a bit repetitive).

Also, I like the ending's creepy undertones. I have a suspicion that as the show goes on AIMS may become a bigger threat than MJ.

Hmmm. I've got nothing outstanding to say about this episode, but still I liked it. I'm interested in finding out about what is driving both AIMS and metsubojinrai.net. I hope they stop the too frequent appearance of new "armors" though, unless maybe they all start trading them around.
