It amazes me how quickly Kaxia manages to get back the Faiz Gear in what I can only assume was an off screen curb stomp battle. Not only that, he is 'nice enough' to give it back, with a power up as well.

And I'm not a huge fan of 'People with no name', the other two ED songs are much better in my opinion.

Haha... My parents aren't a fan of that song either, though I'm addicted to it. (^.^:) With the next episode comes the best (Axel) fight sequence in the entire series.

Are you kidding? Takumi and Kiba beating the crap out of each other for no good reason is half the point of this show. Hell, do you know how much LESS drama Faiz would have if they were actually friends?

This is one of my favorite faiz episodes, if only for that scene near the end with takumi and kiba, it is the perfect example of how they are very different individuals, but in the end they are both heroes and they respect each other because of that.

Awesome episodes, and more awesomness to come...

No. I stand by my comment. Dead or Alive and Eyes Glazing Over are far better. PWNN just doesn't really do it for me. Granted, it isn't the worst KR ED (I'd rate both the Blade themes lower), but its the only one of the three to be done in multiple renditions (including a live one). Thank god we only have to listen to it until episode 33, and then one other random episode after that.

i hated people with no name simply because i hated the singer. same reason why i hate r.e.m. our lady peace and others with tone deaf or misfit singers, like aerosmith for example.

Yes, I can imagine it. Very well, actually. Because I've seen it. And... there was still plenty of drama (and the drama just kept escalating even after they became best buds on such a level that they even share the Faiz belt with each other freely). Turns out, Faiz isn't a one-note show after all.

I can count the number of characters I've seen (in anything) who didn't automatically write someone off as dead just because they fell in some water on one hand. Genre savviness automatically doubles someone's awesome level in my book.

I don't believe it was ever explained. He just shows up with it because Bandai had a new toy to sell.
