KR Hibiki Ep. 28

I've been dl Hibiki for two days now and now i'm watching ep. 28... I was confused with one thing.. How did Asumu got the bruises on his face though in ep. 27 he was with the Takeshi the whole time??? There were flashbacks of the shoplifter punching him but wasn't that like in ep. 9-10 but that's like 9 episodes apart... So what gives?
