why can't i convert the movie i always get same problem

the movie is ok but i want to convert it into psp/ ipod touch format because the file is big & when ever i convert movies there are smaller. the problem im getting with is that its the audio & subs are out of sync. can someone help me out.

its probably the curse of the splash missing audio
you could clip the splash off, but we dont off any support on how to do this or condone it

thanks for the information Azazel. i guess il ask someone from my psp site to help me out with it.
