Shameless bump. I don't think it's lord of speed. It's sort of like filler / background music, but i've heard it used elsewhere

It's definitely not Lord of the Speed. It sounds like an independent instrumental track. I don't know why I can't find it on my soundtracks... one of these days I'll listen more intently rather than just skipping through the songs.

I guess it's possible they didn't bother putting that one on the soundtracks,t hough.
