Kabuto...Love it or Hate it?

Because having more riders than a Sentai team can be good.

Kabuto...Love it or Hate it?

Post by ShinmeiSuzaku »

There are some people out there that hate Kabuto...I'm curious as to why?

Well, i never said that i hate it. I just dont like it too much. There are some little things in Kabuto that one by one are not a big deal, but all together have "ruined" the series, at least for me...but anyway, i sure dont hate it, it'sjust not one of my fav. To me Den-O is better, but they're opinions...

What i'm trying to say, basically, is that i never said/thought "Kabuto have to burn in hell", coz is not true. But i sure think that, for being the 35th ann series, something better it was i hoped for.

I liked it. I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as people say. They just had high expectations and were disappointed when the last arc of the story didn't live up to it

That was a slight let down to an otherwise awesome show, the last arc did seem to confuse people myself included at times, but overall the full story was a nice blend, nothing to hate about the show, all the riders were great, even the opening song was quality. I don't see how people could possibly hate this incarnation of KR.

The opening was awesome, fights and henshin sequences were awesome. Although I found the story full of holes (e.g. Perfect Zecter), and I would have preferred more explanations. This is like a 3.5/5 for me.

Kabuto also had more than its share of pretty boys. Right girls?

Kabuto was my first full Kamen Rider series--so it was entertaining enough for me to watch. I loved it, to be honest. Sure, the last five to ten episodes weren't the best, but hell, they weren't THAT bad.

I'll always hold Kabuto close since it was my first KR. <3

Yes.

Um...I like Kabuto alright. I did not have any expectations and this probably helped me enjoy the series. The atmosphere of Kabuto was very different from Faiz and Blade, so that was somewhere surprising for someone who is new to Kamen Rider. I was expecting all Kamen Rider series to be very dark.

Kagami. <3333

After I watched Faiz, I was too accustomed to Orphenochs that I kind of rejected the Worm concept after I watched the first few episodes. However, I kind of fell in love with it as well. It was a nice show with a good variety of lovable characters. I didn't particularly like Tendou's omniscience and the few useless kick ass concepts like the red shoe system. I expected that something big will happen around it but meh. It was mentioned 2 or 3 times, it took over Tendou once but barely caused anything. Well still, I loved Kabuto.

Yeah, I noticed that about the Red Shoes...I guess the concept just never caught on and they wrote it out.

There were some stuff that do still bother me (Hopper brothers...wtf?) But some of the other things were kinda explained on GSL...even though the ending does counteract with how tendou obtained the belt in the show.
I loved the characters though and the designs. There are some things I would've changed and like always, the last episodes didnt stand up to the hype, but other wise, I still liked it a lot.

The same goes for me. And like most other people here, the plot holes did bother me a little.

ex: Where did the Hopper Zecters come from? Why change how Soji got the belt?(the movie version was cooler, to me at least) Who the hell was Soji's grandmother?

That was something I wanted to know from Episode one...
Since in the later episodes Tendou told Hiyori that Grandmother would take her in, I've always wanted to see this person...or is "Grandmother" just some cult or a metaphor?
damn you Toei!
