It's a bootleg! Never buy DVDs that have Chinese subtitles. Especially not for 60 bucks.
It also appears to be Chou Sei Kantai Sazer X which we have (better quality) free subtitles for on the tracker.

If the subtitles didn't give it away, the "DVD9x1, D5x5" should've.
That's pretty blatant "Look, I burnt this onto a DVD" memo'ing that the official ones wouldn't have.
