Ask all tech support and help questions for downloading here. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOUR QUESTION WILL BE SOLVED!
Forum rules
If you're using Peerblock, you'll need to add our IP to the exception list when torrenting.

We don't ban IPs, so if you're having trouble yet see other people downloading okay, it's probably on your end.

Not seeing the site name coming up in the blocked IPs window - what's the IP(s) I should be excepting?

It could be that those are just older torrents so they're less seeded. Does the tracker say if there are other people on those torrents or not? It might be worth deleting and restarting those torrents.

2. which ISP you have: Comcast
3. your operating system: Windows 7
4. which torrent client you are using? Vuze

To give further description, under the status for the Tracker (http://www.tvnihon.com:6969/announce) it keeps saying Error Offineline - timeout. I've never had a problem with TVNihon before? Vuze says there is 4 seeds, 4 leachers. Do I have to wait in line to begin downloading again? Any help is appreciated.

Try adding one you have used before and see if it doesn't work.

Wondering if it's a client error, it's saying Access is denied: WritetoDisk, I was able to get the SD version

Opened okay for me. I think write to disk errors are a local problem. Are you trying to save it to a flash drive that you removed or to a folder where you don't have permission?

Yeah, I removed it and tried re-opening it and it's working fine now. I'll just have to double check the location from now on I suppose.

3. your operating system - Linux
4. which torrent client you are using? - Deluge, but I've also tried with Transmission

Getting "tvnihon.com: Error:" in Deluge, nothing using transmission-cli.

Are you having the problem with both torrents? Looks like they're fine to me. Can you try again and give me a more specific explanation of what's going wrong?

After a few days of retrying, it's now suddenly working again. Go figure. Thanks for the help.
