I think I heard of this a while back. I couldn't figure any way to read it at the time, but it looks like it's available on Amazon Japan. From the looks of it, the artists nailed the characters:

If the guy on the left is supposed to be Illustrator, then I don't think the artist did a good job capturing his frail features.

i'm still waiting for the next "kamen rider spirits"-chapter... great story, but no one's going to translate the next chapters

Spirits has been in limbo for a while unfortunately. It's a shame. It was pretty good. #2 introductory chapters were fantastic.
