My progress with Kamen Rider!

First Kamen Rider I watched was Decade, I loved it till I watched Kabuto. After finishing Kabuto and watching some clips of other videos and reading about them I can easily say Decade was crap. So, yes I am gonna update this to show you how much I progressed so far!

Kabuto=God. Period. For the series anyways enjoy watching OOO and 555's dude. And while its true Decade wasn't the greatest Kamen Rider series out there, it had its purpose that got lost with over hype-ness so just let it be. All in all, enjoy watching the greatness of Kamen Rider.

Thanks dude. I just finished 555 by the way. Man, one of the best damn series IMO (I say that for most of the series I watch, actually) but really it is plot was perfect there was near to no stupid plot twists. All of the plot changes had a reason unlike Blade or many other series where plot twists were stupid. (especially Den-O's) I recommend 555 to everyone who loves Tokusatsu.

I highly recommend Hibiki. Like Amazon, it breaks away from many of the Rider traditions and presented some cool original concepts that may need some getting used to. The main theme of the series is the relationship between teacher and student. IMO it has the best direction style of all the Heisei Rider series.

Why? The whole thing reverts back to normal. The only sad part is when Ren and Shinji don't recognise each other.

There's no real reason to cry over the TV ending. Any emotion is zapped out once Kanzaki decides Yui's word overlaps all.

I'd like to play the sexist card, I am a woman so I have the right to cry if something is sad. Even if it does in a way have a happy ending. It is not often that I play this card but at this time I choose to do so.

It is so amazing to me I keeps being mistaken for you're. Even if I would highlight the fact I'D with bold underline and glitter you'd probably still miss the fact that I am the one invoking the card. Never did I say YOU"RE playing which in itself is adding an' ING on to play. I thought, as in me-myself-personally, only woman got defensive and over jumped to a conclusion about that. I was refering I-me-myself-personally would like the play the sexist card, because I-me-myself-personally feel as is styerotyped for woman to cry at sensless moments even if they really are not tear jerkers for men. Someone still kicked-the-bucket thus it was still sad/

It was Kido's death that was sad. Ending was happy enough. Also, that was a metaphor, I didn't really cry lol. Just felt sad about it.

I was kind of being serious, I mean, yeah it was gutting when Shinji got killed, if only for the fact it was a surprise. I mean, you wouldn't expect the main character to die and the secondary protagonist to live. Keeping in mind that Ryuki had average character development, so it wasn't like there was any overwhelming emotional impact with him passing. Ryuki is kind of immune to this because of the nature of the series, you expect everyone to die, it's what the message is from the 2nd episode.

Tsurigi in Kabuto definitely.

Also, the whole girl vs boy thing is mundane. Guys can get sad over stuff as well. I nearly shed a tear in W 48. The difference there was that there was far better character development, and that the fix of that situation wasn't as simple as restarting the whole series as if it hadn't happened.

Anyway, enough of our infighting. We must recommend our brother to watch all things Kamen Rider. RX from Showa and Agito from Hesei are musts, although if one watches RX, Black is a necessary pre-requisite, while Kuuga can be skipped (Agito is far superior anyhow).

Also, give Hibiki a chance. A lot of people bash it without actually watching it.

I already watched Agito. It is one of the series I love from the bottom of my heart. But yeah but I want to leave Hibiki for later as much as I can. I actually want to watch from Ichigo to Latest (skipping those I already had watched ofc) so that it feels like more of a series.
