I still think the saddest is Burai's death in Zyuranger.That made me cry a lot :'(

Bioman spoilers
thought of a couple more. just watch bioman episode 10. i don't know if this would be considered a spoiler or not since tvn does not do this one. mika being shot for pretty much the whole episode then dieing at the end of it.
also geki episode 48 i think. mele dieing in rio's arms then rio sacrificing himeself to stop long and in the end for nothing.

Sad moments? I'll list down 7 that I have off the top of my head.(Note: most of 'em are in spoiler tags because they're mainly Showa series)
1.
Episode 10 of Bioman when they kill off Yellow 4 #1 - even when I found out the backstage drama behind it, watching it again later on made me bawl again.
2.
Maskman's ending, with Takeru/Red Mask & Princess Iyal having to part. Damn if that isn't a better love story than Twilight.
3.
Poohtan & G2's fates from Jetman - Pooh-tan(Blue Swallow's old teddy) was turned into a Jigenjuu & Swallow had to put it down/G2 was a damn whipping post for Vyram & hearing it cry for Maria like a lost little baby just had me lose it.
4.
Gai dying.'Nuff said.
5.
The entirety of Liveman could be one due to Volt!
6. I have to agree with that episode of Geki when Jan had to defeat his dad.
7. That episode of Shinkenger with Mako's crippled mom - damn if that didn't hit me.

For me it was
episode 49 of Jetman
Ryu came so close to getting Rei back ony for her to die...and she refused to even let him hold her.
episode 44 of Dairanger
I always thought Akamaru got the short end of the stick as he was left with an abusive father and raised to be hateful. He finally gets to know his mother loves him and then dies.
