Who thought they weren't a lot? Granted looking at a single team, minus Dekaranger. They're the only team to have equal gender. There is usually one. But as a series whole there is a lot women in the show. Now Kamen Rider is the show that's the susage fest.

Is that the Red DekaRanger? The Red DekaRanger was a woman? I thought the Red Shinkenger was the first female Red Ranger, guess not.

If you mean the last one on the fourth row, it's orange. A ranger suit that appeared in the Dekaranger movie with only 1 second screen timeLink2Hyrule wrote:Is that the Red DekaRanger? The Red DekaRanger was a woman? I thought the Red Shinkenger was the first female Red Ranger, guess not.

I doubt Shokotan will be one. She already got denied in favour of Umeko's actress in Deka. And nowadays trend meant that only actress between 16-22 will get chosen now. I must say it's a relief that she got to be AkibaPink briefly in Delusion World. At least she got to be one.

You can never tell how old is a japanese girl. I have followed Shokotan since the beginning, and I've never known that she is from the 1985.toni2212 wrote:I doubt Shokotan will be one. Re: Not many women in Sentai, are there?
I came to Shokotan's concert last year and the way she move and perform it's hard for me to tell that she's 28. But the one who can tell is the person responsible for casting actress in the show aka a Japanese too. I doubt they can't tell.Dragonfan wrote:You can never tell how old is a japanese girl. Maybe foreigners like us can't tell, but the Japanese can certainly tell.

Re: Not many women in Sentai, are there?
I wish we could have a team of three men and three women. I made up a team in Acatl's template last week. I'm not that good at it so I just did a cross between GoGo5, Timeranger and Go-onger suits, although I did a lot of recolouring. I made the yellow male and I had black, pink and gold female.

Re: Not many women in Sentai, are there?
I mean it's not that many women considering it's been on for 38 years. The list of men would dwarf the list of women. The problem women face in sentai isn't so much the numbers as it is the gender stereotypes they constantly adhere to. I don't really get the thread though, was someone complaining about this?
Demon beasts called Horrors live in the darkness. This is a story of a Makai Knight who cuts down the Horrors. You better not look away.
