From what I gathered from both US and Japanese sources, Ayumi Kinoshita plays a woman who helps serve justice to people who have been wrongfully hurt.

I am assuming in this episode, her target is Go-On Black since his character is supposed to be some sleazeball and she's exacting her revenge tactics. Starting with tranquilizing his champagne glass.
