Deliberately bad voiceovers?
What do you think of the practice of taking a tokusatsu show and giving it a bad english voiceover on purpose for comedic purposes? The best example of this I can think is Night Flight's "translation" of Dynaman.
In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two seperate, yet equally important groups: The police, who investigate crimes, and the giant robots, who do battle with the bad guys' giant robots. These are their stories.

Personally, it's not for me. But if other people like it, why not? As long as people are up front about it and aren't trying to pass it off as a real dub, that's fine.
Edit: This is probably my actual attitude towards a lot of stuff that I would otherwise mock/be deliberately hostile/kind of a dick about.

SHENANIGANS! I CALL SHENANIGANS!
Why, I recall not all that long ago when tvnihon did a "Masked Rider ZO English Fandub", and...
wait... ya'll actually did a pretty friggin amazing job on that one, and it was not funny at all. In fact, it was so well done that it made me wonder why the hell every "professional" Hollywood dub job sucks balls compared to what you guys did with ZO.
...
Nothing, nevermind. Your dub was anything EXCEPT a "bad voiceover". Carry on.
