Makai Senkai was 2011 and probably should be on that list.
I agree with everything else except 01. It's too flawed and if it does meet the criteria, I'd make the case for Build and Drive as well.

Drive is fine, it just never really did anything to me that seemed exemplary. Build however has too many fatal flaws for me to fully recommend it (at least without some caveats). I love the characters, but I think the story is a garbage fire of repeated plots and themes that leads to the most nonsensical Rider ending that I've ever seen... until Zi-O did the same thing the following year.
