It depends on the weight of your items. For the most part, it's fairly cheap (considering it is airmail)

There are several listed on ebay, but I would rather not spend the $200-$300US that they are going for. Are there any members here who are looking to sell theirs, or know of a shop that has one in stock for less than the price I mentioned above?
