What Cards Come with What KR Blade toy?

As the title asks, trying to figure out what cards come with particular Kamen Rider Blade toys. You do not have to name filler cards, I want to know the legitimate cards that come with it (Ex: Chalice Rouzer has Change, Spirit, Bio, Recover, Tornado, Chop, but also has seven or eight fillers).

If I'm not mistaken, the King Rouzer comes with all the cards proper Spade cards. If I am mistaken, please correct me. Thanks!

That's pretty lame that the Wild Slasher doesn't come with the actual Evolution King card. Nice that it comes with the Wild Card, but c'mon.

Also I understand that the Rouze Absorber comes with the actual Queen and Jack cards for both Blade and Garren, which is nice.

I just hate that it's impossible to find the third cards for their ultimate kicks, Mach, Gemini, Poison, and Float. I mean at least Mach comes with the King Rouzer along with all the other Spade cards, but they are the gold versions.

Edit: Also, did any other toys come with cards? Action figures, etc.

Edit2: Got my Blay Rouzer. And the King Rouzer cards DON'T WORK WITH IT. Lame. It was the only way possible to be able to do Lightning Sonic, and it still won't do it. It won't read any of the cards, it says Miss for all of them.
