Looks pretty straightforward to me. The stickers are used in step 11, they're double sided to attach the knee socket to the knee

The only clothlike thing I see is the suit that you put on the body. Is there something else I'm not seeing?
It looks like you just slip the shoulders on. It says that if it's loose, cut a small piece from the urethane foam and put it inbetween
