here is a sample video of a MOTION COMIC I did a year ago.

All this is because I need some help funding the short movie that acts like a pilot episode.

The following passage was from my pitching assignment within the University Project, I had written the pitch as if I was pitching the idea to a film company:
The above video was an older project with some of the same themes.

"Hello everyone, today my pitch is about a project that will mix both fact and fiction and mix conventional story telling with experimental film making.

The plot is simple, A group of students of the University are looking for a masked hero who has been fighting monsters at night in Plymouth after they saw a blogger's phone camera footage of a silhouette figure. The blog site will be created for real on a free site host, weebly, all sites there contain a blog page as well.

Today in cinema, the mass audience always like to see new things but are often scared by abstract narratives or experimental visuals ,and some just don't understand it. I aim to create something in the middle so audiences will feel comfortable and understand the video and yet feel that they have seen something new and fresh.

First of all, I was inspired by a zombie trailer created by a University of Lincoln student. That video was created as a viral for the university, but the University didn't know that he had the undead in mind. The University tried to bann it, but due the popularity, the University finally accepted it.

My idea is to have the main characters as post graduate students from the University of Plymouth. They will state it in the film and also comment on the gear they have access to. Not only that, but the video will also promote the city of Plymouth.

As part of mixing fact and fiction, the start of the film will include street interviews. The first question will be asking what people like the most about the city of Plymouth. The filming locations will be the tourist attraction sites from the university to the hoe.

A major part of the experiment will be the next two questions with the interview. The second question is what do people fear the most about Plymouth. The answers here will shape the monsters the hero will fight in the latter half of the video.

The third question will be "What do you think about masked vigilantes." So the first question places the person in comfort, making them thing we are just students making some boring video then BAM! strange question throwing them off guard.

Finally there is the masked hero. I will be aiming at a PG rating as to allow a wider range of audience. Super hero movies are popular right now, and there is a large audience for it. So my film should do well. The hero will be based on the Japanese franchise Kamen Rider. Which has a kid and adult audience across Asia, this gives me film a chance to grip both asian and western audiences.

I believe this is a good idea to be influenced by this series, as of now, Kamen Rider movies have been reaching high box offices in Asia, as for western, we have similar things like Iron Man and Power Rangers being successfully adapted from Super Sentai.

The design will be based the series Kamen Rider Faiz. With the lights shining down the body armour. This will be achieved with a wet suit, motocross armour, Colour changing LED strip, gloves and some sort of mask.

The monster, after being designed by what the people are afraid of in Plymouth, will have added marine life to the design, after all this is a marine port. Here is a cheap halloween mask, this with a rock texture spray paint will make a good monster face.

Finally, with everything superhero based, there is potential for the toy market. Not only action figures but also costume cosplay gear.

Having practiced in previous videos with special effects, plus my long history on animation which is 90% effects. Here is a look on the hero's computer scanning system.

Thank you very much, hope you have enjoyed my pitch."
