Just watched it and there`s definetily a desync with the audio, is hard to notice in some parts because the subs are syncronized with the audio, for example during the henshin sequence the subs and the audio are perfectly synchronized while the countdown is going on but the video is not, same thing whenever a switch is used, the sound effects match the subs but the sound of the switch being inserted in a slot and the action on the screen doesn´t match. This is after the second commercial so is harder to notice since the audio fixes a little bit after that, but during the middle part of the apisode the desync is more noticeable.

I watched it on PS3 and noticed the issues, barely.
Spoiler
There is the scene where meteor is visiting his friend in the hospital after having awakened and falls back into comatose. The medical equipment start beeping and the red light flashed accordingly. However they are not fully in sync.
Watched JEfusions version and it acts in the same manner.

I'm starting to think this is down to the show itself.

Yes, it is out of sync. Noticable example is :
01:35-01:37 when the explosion happen
04:42-04:43 when JK rip that paper
and also Ryuusei's fight.

I didn`t realize the desync at first time wacthing it. and I rechecked it after someone pointed it out. Had to play it several times to realize the desync, so kudos to people who realized it first time

For me it is 100% desync. From start to end. Especially when Yuki says something crying because of the dead Gentarou in the beginning of the episode. I though didn't see it because it had 2 seconds difference between audio and video. But subs are sync with audio.

BTW, Will you make v2? Or it is an unfixable problem?

It is, but its barely noticeable, only really if you focus on the lips of the actors and even then, it is negligible.

I wouldn't have picked it up if nobody had said anything.

It's definitely out of sync.
Noticed it was kinda weird while watching.
Compared the scene where JK ripped the paper to another version and that seemed fine so I guess the problem happened during tv-nihon's encoding process or the source ts file you guys captured may have had problems.

It's not the raw. I've seen the raw and other fansubs of 32. It's some issue during the transcoding process, for some reason.

How many times do i have to say this, we use a transport stream, essentially the stream that you see on the TV in Japan, the desync occurs as we have to correct a negative audio delay in the audio stream, while a number is provided to us in the stream, it is not always the correct number, thus at times we have this issue, perhaps you should actually read the thread before stating incorrect information.
