Bittorrent page error...

The problem that i'm having is that i can't reach the bittorrent page from the tv-nihon.com page, it comes up with a server not found error.

however if I try to reach it from the claws.us page I have no problems...

is there somthing wrong with my browser to not be able to reach that page, or is it not working yet?

No problems reaching the tracker page from here. The problem is not your browser, but your ISP's DNS server(s).
