I'm a bit confused about the purpose of the two. Are they pretty much the same thing, or are they for different things? Like, are the episode threads just a place to talk about the episodes as they come out, while the series discussions cover the episode threads that were lost with the old forums? Or can the episode threads be used to nitpick each episode, while the discussion threads are used to talk about the series as a whole? I'm just asking because I was wondering whether each series board should have it's own series discussion thread or not.
And I'm sorry for the wall of text, and how the questions sound so confusing. I'm not that great at asking big questions. Maybe one of you guys could summarize it for me?

Re: Episode threads and Series threads
Series threads are for completed show projects.
Episode threads are created everytime a new episode of a project is released.

I’m the one nightmares are afraid of.

Thanks. I started thinking about it way too much, so I needed someone else to explain it to me. So pretty much every completed series has a discussion thread made eventually.
