Thank you so much for rules 10 and 11, those were driving me nuts!

As for rule 9, what do you mean? Like posting stuff outside TVN or what?

Rule #9 is referencing anything non-here posted on files. So that means please don't upload them elsewhere online, like torrent sites, or megaupload, rapidshare, stage6, youtube, veoh, etc without the courtesy of asking our permission first. We simply would like to maintain credit where credit is due, and to ensure the best quality goes up in the best manner of presentation. Due to how many sites are formatted, and future endeavors those sites plan, posting to many of those sites is the same as a HK bootleg of Nihon's work, and could in the future be paid from these sites for work that is not theirs to give, among many other reasons behind this decision, including quality assurance. We are not saying, do not post your own music videos or any such nonsense, this only applies to the TV-Nihon subs or Promos.

That was old #9 explanation, here's new after Take's PoV was added.

Take had pointed out the various reasons why it should be okay without our permission, but the site will maintain only the ones sanctioned by the group.

I don't understand why we can't do rule #10. Is it because it annoys some people or that it take up the space on the site or what? Just curious. I always thought that's part of the fun when watching the toku genre.

I think it's because that kind of thread popped up in EVERY SINGLE forum. Once or twice is fun. After 23 times, it's kind of... meh. Thus the "Design your own giraffe" appeared.

Ah I see...I understand. After all I have deviantart website to show my creations and other people as well so we don't need to bother this poor site with our silly ideas.

I'm better than that. I tried to lie to everyone of any nationality. ;D Though, it's ok. *pets* The lie failed but at least a picture of a cat was posted. <3

Lol, I was just thinking that myself, that we could just sticky one in general rider chat, and close the others under Rule 12 instead. Thus preventing the massive amount of new topics for it, and if one is curious they can browse all the ideas in one, instead of searching through hundreds.
