Yep, just make a jp psn account and you can download from their store.

Yeah. And once you're in psn store, you can just go to the search option and search for the ka and me in kamen かめん. The autofill should do the rest.

I start Part A with trying the Rider Road stuff, but I give up on it pretty quickly.

For the last part I play with Birth, Blade and Faiz. You can see that I've unlocked Jack Form and Accel Form when I was grinding offline.

The combo meter doesn't go down if you're in super mode, and for most Riders, you don't lose super mode until you're off your bike, so it's handy to go super, hop on a bike, then ride to the next battle site.

I'm also using the square+x interrupt more, although it still doesn't work if you're being juggled.

Is it the music/sound effects unlocks? You can play them in the bonus menu

Nothing really. Assuming it's just the sound clips, you're just able to play it back in the bonus menu
