I'd like to preface this by saying that I apologize if there's already a thread for this game. I searched and couldn't find one.
With that out of the way, has anyone played this, yet? I got it last week and it's been a ton of fun. just started my second playthrough to get one of the other alternate ending paths.
also, as both a tribute to earlier Sentai teams and a joke about the nature of the characters, I named my original team 行動戦隊スタントマン (Kōdō Sentai Stuntman)

Re: Chroma Squad
My coworker was playing it and he finished it recently. He really seemed to enjoy it, and I don't think he's even a Power Rangers fan.

Re: Chroma Squad
it IS a fun game just on its gameplay style.
also, minor spoiler: the three different ending paths are a) have a 6th team member, b) 'mithril' heroes, or c) 'night driver' (in non-game specific terms 6th ranger, metal heroes, or kamen rider)

Re: Chroma Squad
I played it a few months back. Not sure if they patched it yet but the recruitment descriptions for the Metal Heroes was stuffed up and I got the support one when I wanted the attack one.
Pretty neat game. The robot fights can be a pain in the ass. Also the Rider mode on any difficulty other than the lowest is really hard.

Re: Chroma Squad
don't worry, he uses a bike. the achievement for clearing that path says "beat the game with motorcycles and time traveling trains"takenoko wrote:Night driver...

Re: Chroma Squad
It's kinda cool that Night Driver is super OP to make up for the fact there aren't any squadmates. Some of the skills are awesome.
