Sounds like I'm in the world of Inklings.
That was a lot of fun playing on my Wii U (Emulator). Splatting the Octarian a**, beat the s**t out of Octolings, and rescue the Zapfish.
It's a more than few hours of playing single player mode in the Octo Valley with 5 worlds. I might call it an "advanced Super Mario 3D World" full of paints and inks.

I swear that I'll buy my Switch in the next few months and play Splatoon 2 for another story mode and multiplayer. Also I wanted to play Mario Odyssey after seeing too many positive reviews on that.
