BTW im just curious, what softwares did you guys use?

For me, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, AOA audio extactor and Maxon Cinema 4D were used fo this video.

Aside from this, I use Adobe After effects, Magix Music maker, Adobe Flash, Windows movie maker and Maya.

Just watched you video. 2 issues I feel. 1, There was a repeat of scenes. Normally doing so is alright, however, I think the portions you chose to repeat was too long. 2, I get this feeling that you are tying to make the subtitles do the talking as well. I personally found it iritating at times. Aside from all this, I'd like say good job and nice style. Editing was consistant, not only that, probably the few, or maybe the only (have not watched quite a few) who chose to feature a lot more on the characters than fights. Thumbs up fo the attempt.

So...after watching them all, I have made my top 3.

1) GatorOnFire4Lord
2) Xander2K5
3) gearchi

However, out of total honesty, the ONLY one that would suffice for a good "MV for Karaoke" would be Gator's. Why? Because, 1) It has not audio in it except for the music and 2) There is minimal subtitles. A good music video would have both of these points (or no subs). I, myself, could not make one because I don't have the patience. So, hopefully, the one that wins will be awesome.

gearchi10 Thank you for the comments and suggestions. You are right, is not so much as as music video, I was trying to make it look like the begining of the show. Since what I understood was that we were trying to make an opening/ music video of an IXA Kamen Rider Show.

I used Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop Elements for my credit graphics.

Once I had them done, I thought they might have looked better with moving video in the boxes instead of still photos, but they were already done. Otherwise, I didn't think they were that bad, or in need of any editing tutorials. Maybe I could have chosen a different font, but hey, it's what I went with.

Pros: Nice use of hiragana in the id bumpers for Yuri and Nago.
Cons: No bumper for Otoya and Megumi.

Pros: Love those id bumpers for the "Ixa-ers" . Transitions were good too.
Cons: I wish the pic for Megumi's bumper had her eyes open.

Pros: the scenes at 1:19 - 1:22 with it appearing as the IXA knuckle was getting passed to their respected..."inheritor" was brilliant. Also, the mirroring of the images was SWEEEEEEET!!!!
Cons: Some of the quality of the video seemed...deteriorated while other places had it crystal clear.

The only video I really like was Kadam1991. Most of the others didn't really fit into the song or had too many effects.

Manage to watch most of the vids... my vote might not change much. Watched all...

1) Kadam1991 - It's very neat and the scenes used didn't feel awkward at all. I like how the end scene turn out.
2) gearchi - I love the transitions... and the scenes used were quite appropriate.
I actually had hard time to choose between these two...

3) gatoronfire4lord - The intro was nice, the scenes are nicely mixed together. Overall it's good.

Some of the rest either had too many special effects or or the scenes used didn't quite match the song.

prsentai: I actually have been using and experimenting with Movie Maker for the past two years now. I do eventually want to upgrade, but I keep surprising myself with what I am able to do in there. WMM is a good starter program, I'll say that much right now.

gearchi: Thanks you very much for the review. Yeah, I sent it to one of my friends for a review of it as well. While he thought it was okay, the issue he had was actually with the Rook scene (where I'm trying to bring the two years together starting with Megumi and Yuri). Yeah... I know I repeated scenes - that was annoying for me too - but I really did try to look through what I had to get some decent footage (only had episodes 27 though... was it 45 I used or 44? My brain is sort of dead right now). It was my own fault for not getting more to work with, however I'm severely lacking in comp space. ^_^;;; Also, any time where the subs are apparently doing the story telling, I was trying to go for the expressions and the situation. But I do understand what you're saying as that goes. I do that a lot where I want people to read the sub. In this case, though, I actually wasn't trying. It just... happened. Again, my own fault for not paying more attention to that.
