Anyone else think that KIva is vastly underrated?

I just finished watching Kiva and enjoyed it thoroughly! The characters were great, the action was good, and the story was actually touching. When you take a stroll through the rest of the boards, you'll likely hear about how good of a KR Kabuto was or how awesome Faiz is, or how even though the original was fun everyone is tired of Den-O etc. What you don't hear a lot of is "Man, I really loved Kiva!" I never would have even picked the show up if it hadn't been for the Den-O/ Kiva movie. And I am so glad that I did. I was just wondering if there was anyone else on the boards who thought that Kiva deserves a bit more attention.

The opening theme is awesome - it's the only Kamen Rider song I have on my mp3 player. And the costumes . . . Kiva has one of the best looking final forms, probably because he's the king. And that violin - beautiful music!

Of course!Probably Kiva has the most song among all the kamen rider.Kiva costume is the best.Including IXA and also Saga.I also like the violin.It's one of the kind.

I think one of the things I liked the best about this show was the growth of Wataru. For the first few episodes I wasn't sure that I could get behind him as a character and root for him. But it was really great to see him interact with Kengo, Nago, Megumi, and eventually Mio ="( and Taiga. I've said something like this before but I will stick by it until the end, a good toku show is not just about good fights and special effects. Its about the characters behind the fights and their personal struggles within that universe. Although, I must admit, the last scene was a bit weird.

Kiva is not a bad series, though I'm one of those who won't talk about it much. Plenty of stuff I didn't like, though they're just nitpicks and stuff that don't agree with my personal taste so I won't try to force them on you guys if you loved the series.

kiva is definitely the best (though i like other KR series too) but this story kinda make it special with the gothic theme and stuff oh ! and especially the music, you wouldn't find such mesmerizing violin music in other series you know...

The costumes, the story, the violin, ...oh man what a series that was...
Still got Kiva's OP as my ringtone, Kiva's theme and wallpaper on my cell, Bashaa sound effect as my SMS alert...
and don't don't forget the WHOLE OST. on my mp3 player...lol

The real reason for that was the original form costume was very heavy and harder to move in for the suit actor, so the Emperor form costume was used more. But I don't see how it matters, if you have a stronger form and you're fighting tougher enemies why not use it as much as you can?

just like with anything, not everyone will enjoy a certain thing: a book, a certain kind of food, a piece of music, a movie or a TV show.

I think Kiva is awesome because it is different from the norm, and different in a good way that I find appealing. its pretty bad ass, but is also very touching and emotional, and not in an annoying 'Twilight' sort of way.

I liked kiva it had some pretty awesome costume designs and music- its a good series and all but it doesnt rnak that high if you would compare it with some other hesei series i love it though none tth less- otoya might be one of the best kamen rieder chracters evers
