Hey, Rizefall, don't let it get to you. It was perfectly clear that you were just wishing for more. No crime in that, and anyone who says different is a poophead who thrives on sucking the joy out of life.rizefall wrote:Since when where i complaining? For me I'd have to say this series and Den-O are on par.

Re: Kamen Rider Kiva
Iunno, I have mixed feelings about Kiva.
When I first started watching it, I was hooked. I loved the drama, the suspense, and especially the characters. Wataru's a fun character to watch. Nago Keisuke's my favorite character, because he's just so silly. x) Unfortunately, some characters in Kiva don't get enough character development - such as Nago Keisuke (NOOO), and some characters get none, if barely any, development - such as Shizuka Nomura (T_T). But the characters who do get development are very enjoyable and they're great.
I really do like the show, but even though most characters in the show are well-developed and the plot's decent enough, Kiva never really hit me deep enough, unlike Blade, 555, Ryuki and Kabuto. So Kiva right now is my least-priority series - meaning, I may never watch it again, except for the movie.
[Speaking of the movie, I have only one issue with it: it feels like an hour+ long episode and it doesn't feel like a movie, unlike all the other Heisei movies.]

Later on, Otoya gave Yuri the IXA knuckle so she can fight Rook, who murdered her mother. However, she is unable to become IXA due to fear.

What kind of sword did they used? There are so many kinds of sword.

Re: Kamen Rider Kiva
I just started watching the series, and I find it quite confusing after the first four episodes. So they are switching between the two timelines and I am not sure what is the purpose of doing that. Well, got to watch more to understand I guess.

The purpose of it is to show how the past is affecting the present and give context of the events that led up to the present day.

I'm guessing nobody has scans and translations of the Kiva King of Vampires Manga which seems to elaborate a little more on the ending of Kiva. (The Characters not the Neo-Fangire)

Re: Kamen Rider Kiva
I thoroughly enjoyed Kiva as I'm still pretty new to Toku when Wizard came out I decided I'd watch it after loving the first few eps I decided to watch one of the older ones. reading up a bit abot the basic story I went with Kiva first Wataru being a "vampire" and all sounded really interesting. When I found out it wasn't quite what i was expecting it was awesome nonetheless. The story kept u interested and gave u just enough each episode then leave u hanging so u'd wanna watch the next one.

Re: Kamen Rider Kiva
Hmm, imagine if they did this for Kiva:
1. Instead glass theme monster, how about animalistic vampire with sharp fang who sucked human blood directly from their neck?
2. Kivat design become a real bat
3. An ancient group of vampire hunter replaced Aozora foundation
4. The series is set in middle age period
5. Otoya story exactly like it appear in Kiva
6. Other races are shown to compete for hunting and terrorize human
Really hope this.....
