Of One Thing Im Sure, I Never Like that Much Yuki, and that comes from when I was Gathering Info on the Series, Before I started Watching it, In Her Non-Flash Form, She is Either Retarded, or Psychotic(Sorry for Bad Grammar if Any), and In Her Flash Form, She Looks Like a Bitch( or a Cross-Dresser), and a Funny Fact, in the Start, Miki was the Crazy one.....

I don't know, I really like antagonistic characters, they're interesting. I liked Kusaka for that reason. It's just kind of interesting to see characters that aren't the "enemy" being assholes to the main characters.

As for Yuki's love for Honey: it's gone as soon as she discovers her being an android ("can you love a car? obviously not" this is probably Yuki's train of thought). One of my favorites comic characters used to say "I strongly believe that every form of intelligence deserves respect. Yes, even biological ones." and that's so true!

I think this is a good approximation of the events:

Dr. Kisaragi creates the Honey system
the Honey system is placed in Miki's body (her object absorption started earlier)
the Honey system is placed in Yuki's body
Kisaragi find an incompatibility between living organism and the Honey system and creates Honey

I think the Honey system isn't really flawed but as Honoo pointed out, it doesn't really work with humans. Only an android could deal with the objects coming into the body unlike a human. So even if Yuki does use Honey as parts to "fix" her Honey system, it won't solve her problem as she's human. The only way Yuki could fix herself is become a complete android like Honey or Watari (I'm leaning towards Watari since he was human). Then again, the previous incarnations of Honey (except for Flash) were usually androids based on Kisaragi's daughter. So Honey could have been based on Kisaragi's own daughter.

Yuki just manages to find a way to twist the discovery of Honey into that Kisaragi loved her and only her by creating Honey. The bitch must die.
