Re: Cutie Honey 25 released
Yuki was obviously "built" stronger. She had those purple, concussive force, blasts after her first transformation (on air). Was it ever discussed on here before? Did she just get an upgraded device? Honey was created afterwards though, and I never saw her have the same strength as Yuki. Though when you can heal that fast, it seems to even out.Saejima Kouga wrote:Seems like Yuki was the ultimate, her fighting style was grand.

Re: Cutie Honey 25 released
^ I dunno.
I mean when we saw Miki, it was at end of her cycle. She probably would have similar level as Yuki's at the beginning.
And with Honey, she didn't want to fight either one when she was challenged. As the result, she looked clumsy and weak.
And moreover, Yuki was desperate and we all know human can go over their limit when they are desperate.
Then again, Yuki may have been built better.
I think it was Honey that is the strongest out of all three even though Yuki may have fought better. She seems to have a better control over her weapon than those two. After all, she can fly/float with it.
Her weapon is little creepy. Sometimes I forgot Yuki is one behind it when it seems like it have own mind.

If I remember right, Honey's device was taken and placed onto Yuki's--and Yuki's absorbed it. Then Miki gave her (flawed?) device to Honey. I guess Yuki being second gave her an advantage but eh... I'm too tired to think any more about it. XD

Re: Cutie Honey 25 released
I think Yuki was able to tap into her anger and desire to live in order to increase her power but it wasn't enough to overcome Honey's power of love. Also she was the second creation and the good Doctor obviously learn from Miki's flaws to create a 'better' Honey system.
Honey really didn't have a strong desire to fight until the very end when Hayami told Honey Miki's request. Probably at that moment was when Honey became the Ai no Senshi.

Re: Cutie Honey 25 released
Wow, that was an awesome ending.
I really liked the fight scene between Yuki and Honey I thought it was cool to see Honey using Miki's weapon and wearing blue. I was hoping that we were gonna see a costume that incorpated all three costumes in the end. It was also really cool to see how Hayami and Cutie met.

I love that shitty old man.
Did anyone else feel sad when Tanaka was killed? I really liked her as a villain. She always amused me. I always thought she could go either way moralwise, same with Mayumi

Money corrupts. She liked money too much. And killing. And frozen seafood under her clothes. That spells evil.

Hello
I am new to the forum but I have watched Cutie Honey from the start. I just wanted to ask, did anyone else see a resemblance between the final monster Honey was fighting and Panther Zora from the original series? I think it may have been her, it would explain the elite looking grunts.

Yeah, that's what I wanted to ask. I've never seen the other series, so I thought that the live ended up being a prequel of sorts.Zerbear333 wrote:Hello
