Maybe it would be worth a laugh with the stoner jokes, depending on the character that happened to be high at the time. Otherwise it would be on par with a few of the crappy sitcoms in North America at the moment. Then again, I don't watch much tv these days.

Could be worse; I've heard of people that were spooked by a certain sequence from The Hilarious House of Frightenstein while they were high. If it's fairly trippy when your sober; if your high, you might as well go straight if it's fucking with your mind.
