You can't deny that non-combatants getting involved in the battle is entertaining. Bomper staring down Dumbell Banki with a Mantan Gun is a riot.

It looks like Gunpei's personality quirks are infectious. Who would have thought that Hanto, Hiroto, and Miu would get so jealous during the Go-On seminar.

When I watch this series, I realize that I liked Geki better. Not to say that this series is bad, I enjoy it and find it entertaining (I love the theme song) but I don't feel it has the same overall emotional pull that Geki did. When I see the Uguts and the rest of Gaiark I can't help but think, "Can't they all just be friends? The Gaiark don't really seem that bad..a little misguided.

L and R uguts were hanging out with Bomper like it was nothing...and then he sniped them off buildings...That was kinda...huh? Although Bomper kicking ass was sorta cool.

Yeah, I felt the same way. Maybe he didn't know they were the ones he was hanging out with originally? It's not like it's all that easy to tell the difference between the Uguts

Funny watching the most useless of all the Bankiju actually fight with A L & R Uguts to help out. ANyway it looks like the main baddy of the series as appeared hopefully he's as epic as he sounds.

Bomper probably relied on his Gaiark detector to snipe the Uguts rather than his vision. As a result, it would be hard for Bomper to recognize Uguts L and Uguts R from that distance. On the other hand, we can't be too sure that Bomper isn't just repressing his homicidal bloodlust.
