I would love it if all veggie's Vanished, Vile Weed's.
But not all plant's, we need those to, you know, continue living.
Also, who the hell named that city?

They had round buns with round patties. This is unfair. Completely unfair.

Just as an FYI...the link to this thread on the main page is wrong. It doesn't have the "2512" at the end.
About the episode, 2 things:
1) Who is afraid of bunnies?! I mean seriously. Unless they are rabid or the ones from that commercial for the Wii video game, there is no reason to be afraid of them.
2) How in the hell is that girl 6?? She looks 13!

I guess sexism goes both ways. Since Juri appreciates good food, I would think she would be more understanding.Bauffie wrote: "Isn't this kinda sad? A single male who is good at cooking."
You aren't the only one thinking that.Saka Yuura wrote: 2) How in the hell is that girl 6?? She looks 13!
I don't blame the girl for disliking her vegetable when her own mom makes such a gross looking salad. Sneaking vegetables into dishes that kids like is a method that does work. I guess the plan failed because they told her about the dishes beforehand.
The shiny aprons that Rei and Juri were wearing looked like something you would buy for guys who have an apron fetish. They certainly didn't look useful for real cooking.
Maaen's pictures to illustrate her plan were informative and cute.
The ladle Ishiguro had was freaking huge. It's too bad his subordinates don't share his passion for cooking and instead gave him such dirty looks. In the end, all the effort he put into cooking that meal was unappreciated.

I agreed that Aya is no way 6 years old. She has to be about 10-12. Poor Captain, no one respects him anymore. He should whack them with the ladle. That would teach them to respect the power of the chef soul.

Aw, they made fun of Cap. Not nice."Isn't this kinda sad? A single male who is good at cooking."
Hmm, that reminds me of one girl in Buffy TV series that had phobias of bunny. She even wore bunny costume for Halloween because she thought it was a scary costume.
I think I saw that little girl from other drama. I think they casted her as 5-6 years old as well.
It's possible for one to look few years older than one really is, it sometimes happen with girls.
But her language and behavior does not match her "supposed" age I guess.

I am just stating that's my second time seeing someone on TV who got phobias of bunnies.1) Who is afraid of bunnies?! I mean seriously. Unless they are rabid or the ones from that commercial for the Wii video game, there is no reason to be afraid of them.

Meh ok episode it had it's funny moments. I kinda dislike it when TV shows have to browbeat you info that doesn't translate into real life. You don't have to eat your veggie's people yes they are good for you but I know plenty of people including myself who still don't eat all their veggie's. Nice little comic strip explanation by Maen featuring R1, it got a chuckle out me and R1 looks good in comic form.

Iron Chef + Ishiguro's insane ladle + the usual asskicking of Axto + and Ishiguro's LADLE = A dose of randominess.... with a hint of '' Chakusou Kanyou''

Re: Rescue Force 35
She wasn't even 6, they said in the episode that she was ALMOST 6. Meaning she was supposed to be five. Come on, they can cast better than that. It was obvious that she was way older.
So uh, nice to see that saving a rabbit magically changed her taste buds. Because I mean, she ate vegetables earlier and thought they tasted gross, but then at the end she liked how they tasted? I probably could've lived with it better if she said she still hated them but she'd do her best to eat them. That would've at least been plausible. Oh well.
Also I have problems with Rei's little fire extinguisher seminar. You spray it at the BASE of the fire, the BASE! Spraying it at the fire itself won't do a whole lot. You also are supposed to make sweeping motions with it. Bleh. *takingittooseriously*
Ishiguro's ladle was awesome though. And the hat. I was hoping he'd keep wearing it throughout the disaster.
Finally, WOOOO, the Shovel! I can't get enough of that Shovel. It's my second favorite character. If you count vehicles as characters. And I do.
