I think this is a great episode to exemplify that Akiko is totally not just a useless character

Pretty good interaction with Philip too. He's still in a funk about his family problems, then he sees Kawai change, inspiring him. It's a pretty simple relation, but it's effective enough

Clay Doll Extreme is kind of ugly with an ugly voice. I also think it's funny that Nasca red and Clay Doll Extreme both seem to have properties of Taboo's floating and throwing fireballs

Wakana appearing at the end in the Planetary Bookshelves, makes sense, is kind of chilling, and pretty cool

That being said, I don't know if I like plots where a character essentially becomes a different one, thus making them an antagonist. If a character doesn't act of their own volition, it doesn't really make for a compelling story. Even if one thought that Wakana was persuaded to work for Museum, her personality is way too different to even give that theory weight.

I found it enjoyable liked the new theme and kind of see where this is going now but still the deal with Claydoll got me it went on winged angel, and we not see a new M drive I believe which was nice, but overall it was a good ep and way to end this arc but I still can’t like the new nasca look I seen it called Red Nasca but it looks so orange if now paler then that and I agree with you taku-san and nice comic haha I can’t wait till in the final few ep’s I want to know how there going to wrap this up O_O

Claydoll needed a form change, It looked far too silly to be an ultimate evil IMO. Ryubee had good reasoning for it though. I like how the whole series can progress in story while being integrated into the individual story arc.

At least now Claydoll looks evil, unlike a so-called Terror dopant whose look doesn't even live up to it's name.

Some of the thing I like about this episode.
The Gene guy giving up the dopant thing without a fight.
How Akiko "green slippered both Gene guy and Clay doll.
Terui watching all those movies just to get the nerve for a kiss was funny.

Good intentions for another Akiko arc, let's-make-a-movie plot is kinda weak, Gene plot device to set up ClayDoll Xtreme makes the whole story seem even more pointless. Fun arc, but I was super aware of all the screwing around the whole time. It gets the ball rolling on what's to come, but that's about it. The writing with the good to bad Wakana switch has gotten a little disappointing. And Wakana wasn't even being evil properly. The picture they're painting to try to fool you is too obvious.

btw, isn't it Finallusion? I heard that for 36 and noticed it again.

Which to me is more of a phonetic representation of Final Illusion read fast than a deliberate attempt at making a new word. I could be totally wrong about this, considering there's Bicker and Strizer, but it doesn't really make sense to me that they'd make up a new word here that looks so much like the two original words

Clay Doll Extreme...wouldn't want to see it in a dark alley, but then again, I really don't want to see it at all.

The best part of this episode was seeing Saeko get knocked around by Claydoll Extreme.

I'm still not sure what I think of Claydoll Extreme's design. It's not terrible I guess, but...it just doesn't look all that great to me. Eh, maybe it'll grow on me.

After W is over.....I really don't think I wanna hear the word Xtreme EVER again. the characters have an obsession with screaming it at the top of their lungs! I just don't like Clay Doll Xtreme.....Tabooesque........and isn't it enough to have only 1 thing called Xtreme...

Is this the first time in Kamen Rider that the villian has used the hero's ultimate form? It's a pretty interesting premise.

Of course, Clay Doll Extreme is rather ugly. Powerful, but ugly.

Terui running away from the kiss scene was pretty funny. Made even more hilarious when he tried to make out with Shotarou in the end.

And they are really getting a lot of use out of that "XTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMMMMMME!" thing.
