That Shinken movie was paired with All Riders vs. Dai Shocker, which iirc, is the highest grossing Kamen Rider movie ever.

yes!!! I knew it !!! Shinkenger, is the most popular of all. Partly I think it's based on a "Japanere Culture" thing, and the fight scenes are super duper awesome!!!

i was also right in estimating that Deka and Go-On would fall behind for the year. I didn't expect Kabuto/ Bouken to be on the bottom because these are the "Anniversary Shows". Quite interesting to see what will be the numbers for the upcoming OOO and GoKaiger, hope it would be better.

I guess those stats proves why Toei had the need to make more Den-O movies and even a Shinkenger special. Thats good to see. I'm mostly shocked at Kiva/Go-Onger's numbers. Was it all Go-Onger's fault for the poor numbers? Lol..

Makes sense that All Riders would make that much. I suppose Rider Fans of all ages would have gone to see it.

For the most part, I don't think the Sentai section had anything to do with the success/failure of the movies. Most people see it for the Kamen Rider, that's why the Sentai part is only 20-30 minutes long

The fact that the Decade movie was All-Riders makes me wonder if a stand-alone Decade movie would do as well. As far as I know, only the Den-O crew has had the priviledge of headlining their own movie without another Rider or Sentai along for the ride. Saraba, Onigashima (Decade crew's cameo doesn't much count...)

Side-note: Absolutely love the Avatar, Take. First time I've seen it.

To be fair, everyone's participations in All Riders were pretty limited too. The big "All Riders" battle scene lasted only 7 minutes (not including the Decade vs Kuuga/Shadowmoon segment) in the DC version. I don't think you could make a truly "standalone" Decade movie without betraying Decade's concept itself anyway, considering how the entire series was based on crossovers.

I don't see why Decade got nothing out of All Riders' success though... Movie Wars 2010 was announced right afterwards, so it probably had nothing to do with All Riders doing well. I really hope they make another All Riders movie next year, even if Decade doesn't headline it...
