Hey, did anyone else notice that Bandou knew what was up before anyone else? I know he was "surprised" by the Inves attacking him for his fruits, but maybe that was just to cover up his potential Yggdrasill connections. How else would he recognize an infected human when that information isn't publicly known yet?

Also, he has sweet facial hair this week.

OMG, it's Yuuya. All the mysteries are being solved.

It's interesting that the Inves transformations occur with something glowing from the back.

Sweet, is this the first regular female Rider? Oh wait, I guess that's technically Kamen Rider Mage. And while the big four seem to be copy/pastes of Zangetsu Shin, assuming she doesn't lose her belt in 2 episodes and sticks around for a bit will probably elevate her status as a true regular female Rider. Mage really didn't do that much and was just sort of in the background while Wizard and Beast handled things.

At least Kouta didn't murder Hase the way he murdered Yuuya.

Totally changing Cid to Sid since his Rider form is Sigurd. That's a pretty strong case to me.

That's weird. Did anyone else notice that Takatora says Gen-i-sis instead of Jen-i-sis?

Well, I guess Kouta is responsible for Rat getting attacked by Hase. He could have explained Hase turning into a monster without revealing the Yggdrasill secrets that he knew, instead of giving a vague, half-warning.

Bandou probably saw the claw arm since that was there. Anyone would think a claw arm is way out of the ordinary.

I think Kouta was right about withholding the info to Rat and the others but I think he could have told him that he had the disease and immediately contact him and not getting near him.

I was hoping that Yuuya hadn't turned into an Inves but I guess not. It is interesting that Kouta refuses to kill Hase but killed Yuuya. Ignorance is bliss after all. I just can't wait until Kouta learns about that he killed Yuuta.

I imagine Kaito will be teaming up with Kouta a lot more since Yggdrasill is involved now. He wants to take them down so badly.

So Sid is a Rider and Hase is now dead. There might be hope for Toei yet.

God, I found this episode hard to watch. I really liked Hase-chan.

Ryouma continues to crack me up in places where maybe I'm not supposed to be laughing, but I think that's important in any entertainment that takes such drastic and dramatic turns. I mean, the reveal about Yuuya should have been just so seriously dramatic (and it was!) but at the same time I was grinning about Ryouma's idiot vlogging as case study documentation. I just love it. What a great character.

I too am really looking forward to seeing how Kouta reacts to finding out about Yuuya. He's such an idealistic character (aren't most Title Riders?), and even as recently as just here, "I can't kill a person".

I'm thinking "Category H" refers to "base of Human" but who knows? I'm also going with the gut instinct that Inves that came from humans all have that super huge claw on the right arm, but that's just a guess for now.

I'm surprised Yggdrasill has managed to keep its secrets for this long when their security is so easy to get around. There wasn't even a password on the computer.

Yuuya must have been starving for him to suddenly eat the fruit without worrying about it being poisonous or causing side effects like diarrhea.

I can't seem to remember if Hase ever had a warning from the mysterious girl about the belt. While some mysteries have been solved, it seems that even Yggdrasill doesn't know the true nature of Helheim Forest.

I don't think we can blame Yuuya or Hase for eating the fruit. It's almost as if... they were tempted to eat the fruit. One thing this series has done really well is establish that people find the fruit very appealing. Kouta himself nearly ate the fruit in episode one.

The female Rider is here... And she's pink! Oh well... At least she has an interesting design, and it looks like her character is a tough one, if the preview can be believed. I also like the look of Sigurd, but I can't help but be thrown by the fact that I don't associate cherries with Norse/Germanic warriors. Part of me wishes they had tied the fruit choice to the period/place they derived the suit designs from, but then they probably wanted to stick with fruit familiar to the audience.

I was really hoping that in some weird way Kouta was going to be able to save Hase, but I guess not. When he finds out about Yuuya it is going to be very sad, or very scary. It will be interesting to see how they play with that idea that people who eat the fruit can't be saved, a bit of a departure from the last two Heisei Riders who could save people from becoming a monster.

What would be a more fitting fruit for a Norse theme? The only thing I can think of is the apple from that painting from Assassin's Creed 2.

If we went with Norse myth, then it would have to be something like a blackberry, hawthorn berry, or rowan berry. But if we went more with history and archaeological evidence then apples and plums. It's funny because the vikings did eat cherries, but it's just not something that comes to mind when you think of them.

This! I am really looking forward to seeing how they handle this, because honestly, has any research been done to see if they can't be fixed? It's only happened probably three times that we've seen in the show, and they've just been treating it as a "that's it, they're gone" but what if there is a way, and just no one has taken the time to find out yet?

If we go by Ryouma's vlog reports, then Yggdrasill has been experimenting on animals with the fruit, so maybe they have figured out that there is no way back once the fruit has been ingested. That might explain Takatora's certainty that Hase had to be destroyed, it had already been proven with research. My guess would be that if there is a way to undo the fruits effects that the Mysterious Woman knows, or is the one with the power to do it.

I wonder if in a later episode Bravo tries making fruit pies with the Yggdrasil Fruit.

I mean we already had one or two mass murders now. If you notice, animals turn into the basic Inves and people turn into the animal Inves. So in the battle that first showed Watermelon there was a few non basic Inves in there.

Once the Blu Rays coming out are we going to do a mass V2 of everything to fix all the stuff, like keeping the fruit names untranslated and fixing Cid to Sid?

So Yuuya did in fact, turned into Inves, still i don't think Micchi will tell Kouta about it, especially if he first find out about Hase.

Ok, this is some truly sh*tty situation for our riders, it was bad already with energy melon, but now there are four O.o. Can't wait for next episodes, so i can get a better view at theyre costumes design. Still, wish not every genesis rider had only sonic arrow.

I kinda felt it coming though. As if tampering with the forest wasn't bad enough I feel like they used this to show just how much this forest isn't to be fucked with.
That makes me wonder though, so far it seems like all thing from this forest breed destruction. But Yggdrasill is looking for the secret of Helheim forest right? What's so grand about this secret that their willing to deal with this extremely dangerous forest and kill little monster kids.
Although Micchi's usual pretty rational I think he's gonna start feeling some contempt toward Kouta. I'm probably wrong as hell but I just feel like that could happen.
Yuuya being dead shits on my thought that he'd somehow be at the endgame of the series.

Hase chan finally have to go.. Maybe there was a history between Kouta and Hase that we never see, so that's why Kouta was mourn so badly after he got killed by goddamn Onnnoooreee Shhiiidoooo! Sid was so sadistic enjoyed killing kids... all I have to say this is just not a story about fruity riders its about their bitterness and homicidal. so far Kouta doesn't realize he enjoy killing Inves unintentionally killed his leader Yuuya at the first place.
