I didn't mean that I don't consider him a Rider. He's surely as much a Rider as Kamen Rider Mage.

It's just confusing that Toei never gave him the Kamen Rider prefix, and his page is separate from Beast and Wizard's page on TV-Asahi.

I think it's a little annoying when the term Kamen Rider isn't used in the show universe. Since you have the in-universe phrasing "mages, Armored Riders" and then for the movies and outside the show they're "Kamen Riders". It's unnecessarily inconsistent.

Regardless, he still has a driver and a suit.

I think the old man from the antique store turned into a rider in the movie, right? I guess he's the oldest, probably.
