Oh, so this is a power-up arc. I mean, I think the introduction is pretty cool, and I won't lie, I dig evil Sougo.

But I feel like it's a bit at the expense of the Ryuki stuff. My big thing is that Shinji doesn't act like Shinji. Also, I hate his big coat. But the moment where he and Editor-in-chief reunite is very sweet.

So the power-up and the stuff that leads up to it is pretty cool. I even like the look of the suit. (Well, I don't like the Den-O looking train tracks) I don't like his clock eyes that help him see through time, that's dumb. The power itself is cool, but we just saw it in LVSP, so I'm a bit "seeing into the future ability" fatigued. Also, I don't like the way he used his future knowledge. All he does to counter the "future attack" is attack himself. No dodging or predicting the enemy movement, just cancel the enemy attack with your attack.

Also, no clever tricks to undo Ryuga's mirror attack. Just overpower it.

The big thing is Tsukuyomi seems to be getting into it. Her and Geiz are important to the story, so it's time they started really stepping things up. Also, what the hell happened to her Faiz phone?

Good episode overall, I just had some nitpicks and wished Shinji could have remained his original character while still serving the Zi-O plot.

Edit: Oh yeah, I wish the naming department wasn't so bad with this series. Zi-O II?

Good morning, Tokiwa Sougo. You’re not gonna like what I have to say next.

So, Another Ryuga hunts down people who read/reference ORE articles because said readers couldn’t religiously read/support it. And the real Shinji admits to having petty thoughts about it, giving his mirror-self unnecessary justification to attack the readers.

The lesson Sougo needs to learn is to accept the bad along with the good. Acceptable.

Hey Geiz, couldn’t you have dodged your own kick?

Thanks to Oma Woz and the use of the new Ride Watches, the timeline might be re-railed for the rise of the Demon King. Looks like Tsuku and Geiz may have to exercise caution and plan ahead to truly stop Sougo’s Darkest Timeline. Like I said: Screw Destiny!!

Heartwarming that Shinji and Ookubo reunited.

I'll admit, it's clever, and I didn't see it coming. I'd been expecting one of the Gokaigers, due to him having "Gokai" in his henshin jingle.

There is something that i caught that i think could present a interesting concept. During the end where Geiz and Tsukuyomi are talking about Sougo's path. Geiz says "This Time" How many times have they tried to stop Oma? i'm guessing previous times have been nudges and tweaks to the time line.

"This time" just refers to the here and now. As opposed to "Before", when she couldn't believe Sougo would ever become the demon king. Now, it is certain both to her and the audience that Sougo is most certainly capable of doing so.

To whoever is doing the sub. Thank you. Just a quick mention. In the preview, Kikai mention his name is Makina Rento but you forgot to put the o in rent"o". It became Makina Rent.

I mean, it's a made up name from the future. I figured it was just the English word for Rent, lol.

He's just referring to the result of his actions in this episode, in most likelihood.

You know, I probably bitched so much about the design of vanilla Zi-O and Geiz... I thought the whole watch belt down the chest thing was stupid...

I love the design of Zi-O II... that is all.
