First things first, it seems they got the overdubbing of Tarantula-guy right (too early for me to accurately remember names). I was fine with "Eureka-ing" until I realized he literally says "Kiramei-King"...

Incorrect, he says "hiramekiin" which is a portmanteau of "hirameki" (inspiration, revelation) plus the English -ing.

Is there a gu at the end or not? If not, are you sure it's not hirameki and shakiin? Both would be like a bulb over the head sparkly words.

First episode... well technically the second but per number is 1. So far so good. Granted it is just the first episode where anything can go either way, this series seems to be promising, so giving it a 5. Hopefully, the catchphrase of that would settled down before it gets annoying. I do like the teamwork in their vehicles, even if Shovellow mess up and the teammates are finishing off the enemy together for big fights. Not that Ryusoulger had this on the first episode.
Sure, these people are obviously newbies with lack of training but they would learn to do so in time, just like most Sentai do. I would like to see how the bonding fillers would turn out among teammates. Plus, seeing how there are quite a few connection joints on Mashin Fire, I hope there would be ultimate combinations with everything combined and no left out.
By the way, I always noticed most people here had like 30 to 50+ posts/reply on the first and last episode discussion but then fall flat under 20 for pretty much anywhere in between. Just something to remark.

Yeah, I think interest naturally drops off in general. Although maybe the weak writing of recent years is contributing the to the loss of interest?

When you can literally watch anything you want, if what you're putting out is a little sub par, it doesn't have much of a running in a competitive space, right?

I think the replies are the same every year, for Sentai at least. Get to 3 or 4 pages for the first few episodes and then we'd be lucky to get to 2.

It's probably that more of the lurkers come out of the woodwork at the start to comment, rather than people dropping it though.

I think a lot of the traffic in the first couple of episodes is often people complaining about how specific words are translated.

Almost everything. I think episode zero and 1 had typesetting stuff? Luna or Xiiliwa could probably speak better to that.

I reencoded the Kiramei dance because its frame rate was done incorrectly, making the final result have dead frames resulting in a stuttering effect. The new encode should be more smooth. (I still think they should have moved the camera closer though)
