This was totally hilarious. My only disappointment is they seem to be transitioning Aruto from being a boke (dumb joke guy) to a tsukkomi (straight man). This is ruining my hope that after having Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi last season they would have Izu transform into Kamen Rider Tsukkomi. (Gotta get Aruto!!!!) Her base form would be Shining Punch Hopper and the transformation dialog would be "Was it you? Was it you that didn't laugh at President Aruto's joke?".

That was pretty good. They even worked in just the right amount of fourth-wall breaking with the bit about the company requirement.

As I recall from a previous discussion, Gutbusting Taro was pretty well received in Japan, so I'm not surprised to see that they brought back the character for a gag video like this.
